What's TIE? TIE is The Indian Elite.
The TIEFC (Founding Core) will commence work from November 2009. TIEFC is scheduled to complete supreme launch by end of 2010/early 2011.
TIEFC has already outlined it's goals:
1. Precise Selection
2. Organized Inclusion
3. Consistent Expansion/Growth
